Uniting Product Support with Sales and Product Management

In this new venture, the product support team will integrate seamlessly into the sales and product management structure, with a particular focus on supporting customers in North America.
As part of this strategic move, Ryan Sipple will oversee the North America product support team, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance customer support and satisfaction. The alignment of product support with the sales and product management team aims to streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience.
Sipple's vision for the role is centered around utilizing the product support team's extensive experience to quickly address and resolve field issues. Ryan Sipple brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having dedicated 16 years to Kalmar. His journey within the company has included significant contributions to engineering for 5 years and a decade in parts sales, where he most recently served as the Lead TT Parts Sales Manager for the past three years. Now in his second year as a product manager, Sipple's multifaceted background positions him well to lead the integrated efforts of the sales, product management, and product support teams.
